Khichdi is a South Asian cuisine made of rice and lentils (dal), this is prepared with different variations of lentils as per choice, and is undoubtedly one of India’s favourite comfort food .

Kadhi is a dish originating from the western part of India, it is based on buttermilk and gram flour, this is all time favorite dish consumed in other part of India / Asia, and is prepared with different variations of vegetables and thickness. This is taken with rice or chapattis.

Here in our recipe, we have coupled Khichdi and curry in a perfect ratio, lightly spiced and softly cooked to give a soothing taste. We have selected rich aromatic rice with Tuvar Dal (Pigeon peas) cooked with balanced vegetable consisting of onions, garlic, ginger and selected spices. Kadhi is prepared using best quality buttermilk blended with gram flour and handpicked spices and gently boiled.

To give a balanced taste, Masala Khichdi and Khadhi is mixed in a perfect ratio to give a good taste, and offering you a complete meal with protein and other rich nutrition.
