Description
Chole Masala or Chana Masala is a North Indian dish, in this North Indian style gravy is made with white chickpeas compounded with spices, onions, tomatoes and herbs / spices. This is naturally vegan dish packed with healthy minerals, proteins and fiber. This is made in various ways and is enjoyed with rice and roti.
Here, we have selected best quality chickpeas and this is slowly boiled to required texture and subsequently tempered with well-adjusted quantity of onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and selected spices. This is than slowly cooked to elevate taste of ingredients and achieve homogeneity to give lightly spicy and a soothing taste. This can be enjoyed with rice or roti and is a full meal.
