Description
Chicken tikka masala or Chicken tikka curry is a dish consisting of roasted or grilled marinated chicken chunks (chicken tikka) in spiced curry. The curry is usually creamy and orange-colored. The dish was popularized in different variations and gravies by different cooks from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. This is enjoyed with rice or roti.
Aside from taste, it is really good in protein & fibre. Protein is used by the body as an important ingredient for building of muscles, cartilage, bones, etc.. This is a complete food.
In our preparation, we have handpicked chicken’s bone less thigh, breast and other tasty parts and marinated this with curd and selected spices, this is than grilled on low flame. Curry / Gravy is prepared with well-balanced mix of onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and other vegetable. Subsequently this is tempered with selected spices and together with chicken chunks this cooked on light flame to give a soothing and spicy taste.
