The majority products of NATUREST RTE is prepared through renowned “FREEZE DRIED” Technology. In Freeze Drying process, the natural preparations are frozen and then placed into the vacuum chamber. The ice crystals formed during freezing process, are then sublimated into the water vapor under the vacuum chamber. During sublimation process the structure of the original preparation remains unbroken.

The Freeze Dried preparations preserve their original nutritional value, shape and taste. As only the water is removed, the final preparation is as fresh as original food. Such Freeze Dried preparations when re-hydrated with water, it rehydrates to resemble the original natural product.
