Description
Chole Masala or Chana Masala is a North Indian dish, in this North Indian style gravy is made with white chickpeas compounded with spices, onions, tomatoes and herbs / spices and is paired with rice.
Here, we have selected best quality chickpeas and this is slowly boiled to required texture and subsequently tempered with well-adjusted quantity of onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and selected spices. This is than slowly cooked to elevate taste of ingredients and achieve homogeneity to give a soothing taste. In this recipe, we use one of the finest fragrant rice for cooking, this is blended with balanced salt and oil. Chole prepared is than paired with rice to offer a complete meal.
