Rajma is a popular dish in the Northern states of India. Some of the best Rajma is said to be grown in the north Indian states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and the Jammu region of Jammu and Kashmir.

Rajma is rich in iron and protein. It is great meal for kids, students and travellers lunch box too as it one of the favourite dish.

Here is the Punjabi style rajma masala recipe, in this we designed Rajma masala in a gravy form balanced by vegetables like onions, tomatoes and selected spices to give a great taste and an aroma.
