Rajma is a popular dish in the Northern states of India. Some of the best Rajma is said to be grown in the north Indian states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and the Jammu region of Jammu and Kashmir.
Rajma rice is a simple yet delicious meal. Rajma is rich in iron and protein when it is combined with rice it is a great source of carbohydrates. This makes a complete meal. It is great meal for kids, students and travellers lunch box too as it one of the favourite dish.
Here is the Punjabi style rajma rice recipe, in this we designed Rajma rice or rajma chawal which is lightly spiced, soothing and delicious Punjabi curry made with kidney beans and best selected fragrant rice. This is further balanced by vegetables like onions, tomatoes and selected spices to give a great taste and an aroma.
